Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address and a username you choose, created at sign-up.
• Gameplay data: your game state, progress, coin balance, leaderboard score, and in-game messages you send.
• Purchase data: which items you bought and when. Card and payment details are handled entirely by our payment processors — we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: standard logs (e.g. approximate request info) used to keep the Service secure and working.

2. How we use it

To run your account and game, deliver purchases, maintain the leaderboard, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-party services

Your data is processed by the providers that power AIState:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and hosting;
• Vercel — application hosting;
• Stripe and lava.top — payment processing;
• AI providers (e.g. Groq and similar) — the text you send in-game is transmitted to generate in-game responses.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Do not enter real sensitive personal information into in-game chat.

4. Data retention & your rights

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can request access to, or deletion of, your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal and fraud-prevention requirements.

5. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
