Terms of Service

1. What AIState is

AIState is a work of fiction and satire. Country leaders, dialogue, news and events are generated by artificial intelligence and are not real. Nothing in the Service is factual reporting, political endorsement, or professional advice of any kind. Any resemblance to real statements by real people is coincidental and parodic.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Virtual items & premium

The Service offers a virtual in-game currency (“Coins”) and an optional subscription (“Supreme Leader” / Premium). Coins and subscription benefits are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use in-game features. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be traded or sold outside the Service. We may add, change, or discontinue virtual items or features at any time.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (currently Stripe and lava.top). By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable provider’s terms. Prices are shown at checkout. Purchases are delivered to your account, usually within a few minutes. See our Refund & Delivery Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights while using the Service;
• cheat, exploit bugs, automate, or manipulate balances, scores, or payments;
• attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
• disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to generate content that is illegal or that harms others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI-generated content

Text in the Service is produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, offensive, or nonsensical. You use it at your own discretion. Do not rely on it for real-world decisions.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items, data, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes & contact
