Refund & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery

Delivery is digital and automatic. After a successful payment, Coins are credited and subscription benefits are activated on your AIState account, normally within a few minutes. No physical goods are shipped. If your purchase has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact us with your payment receipt and we will resolve it.

2. Refunds

Because Coins and subscription benefits are digital items delivered immediately, and Coins can be spent right away, all sales are generally final once the item has been delivered to your account.

We will, however, issue a refund where:

• you were charged but the item was never delivered and we cannot deliver it; or
• you were charged in error or more than once for the same order; or
• a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that by purchasing and receiving Coins/benefits immediately, delivery begins at once and the withdrawal right no longer applies to items already delivered and used.

3. Subscriptions

The Supreme Leader subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the current period unless required by law.

4. How to request help or a refund

Email trad3m1rk@gmail.com from the address on your account, including your username and the payment receipt or order reference. We aim to respond within a few business days.
